Mr. Clarkson is the owner/principal of The Clarkson Law Group, P.C. Mr. Clarkson’s practice of law is primarily dedicated to representing community associations in their various legal needs ranging from legal opinions to complex litigation. Mr. Clarkson gives freely of his time in educating homeowners and community managers in community association law and new developments in the community association industry.

Drawing on his deep knowledge and understanding of the law, Mr. Clarkson teaches continuing education courses certified for credit by the Commission for Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels (CCICH), seminars for board members, and is a consistent speaker for classes sponsored by Community Associations Institute (CAI), Nevada Association of Community Managers (NACM), CAMEO and Nevada’s leading community management companies. He has published numerous articles on current issues facing community associations. Currently, Mr. Clarkson advocates for the interests of community associations, community association managers, community association board members, and community association residents, through his positions on the CAI Legislative Action Committee, the CAI Political Action Committee, and the Nevada Department of Business and Industry Common Interest Communities Task Force.
